These terms apply when you use this website or hire us to design or build a website. By confirming a project with us, you agree to them.

1. Services

We design and build websites for small businesses. The exact work, price and delivery time for your project are set out in the written quotation we send you. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices on this website are starting prices in Nepali Rupees (NPR). Your final price is the one in your quotation.
• 50% of the price is paid in advance to start the project. The remaining 50% is paid on completion, before the website goes live.
• Domain names, hosting and other third-party services are not included in the project price unless your quotation says so. They are registered in your name and paid by you.

3. What we need from you

You agree to provide the content for your website (logo, text, photos, prices) on time, and you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, product details and business claims. The delivery time starts once we have received the advance and your content.

4. Revisions

Two rounds of changes are included. Further changes, or work outside the quotation, are charged separately and agreed with you first.

5. Ownership

After final payment, the finished website and its content belong to you. We may show the website in our portfolio only if you agree.

6. Support

We fix bugs in our own work free of charge for the support period stated in your quotation. After that, updates and fixes are covered by an optional monthly care plan or charged separately.

7. What we cannot promise

• We do not guarantee search engine rankings, visitor numbers, orders or sales.
• We are not responsible for outages or changes at third-party services such as hosting companies, domain registrars, payment providers or WhatsApp.
• Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project.

8. Cancelling

Either of us can cancel a project in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine). Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

9. This website

The content of this website is our own work. The demo projects shown are fictional businesses created to demonstrate design, and any prices, products or offers in them are examples only. Please do not copy the designs without permission.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If we disagree about something, we will first try to resolve it by talking. If that fails, the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction.
