This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are. Sajilo Web is a small web design team based in Kohalpur, Nepal, run by Abhinav Sigdel, and we try to collect as little information as possible.

1. Who is responsible

Sajilo Web, run by Abhinav Sigdel, Kohalpur, Banke, Lumbini Province, Nepal, is responsible for the personal information described here.

2. What this website collects

• No forms, accounts or logins. This website does not ask you to type in any personal information.
• No cookies and no analytics. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools. See the Cookie Policy.
• Demo websites. The demo projects linked from this site are fictional. Their forms and "order" buttons are for demonstration only and do not send or store anything you type.

3. Information you choose to give us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number or email address, and your message. If you become a client, we also receive the business information and content you provide for your website (for example your logo, photos, menu or product list).

4. How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare a quotation or design sample
• To build, launch and maintain your website
• To send invoices and keep basic business records

We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us, with your consent, as required by Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 (2018). We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Other companies involved

• GitHub Pages hosts this website. Like any web host, it may record technical details such as your IP address in its server logs.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which means Google can see your IP address.
• WhatsApp (Meta) opens only if you click a WhatsApp button. Messages you send there are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• Domain and hosting companies, when we set up a website for a client, receive the details needed to register the domain or hosting in the client's name.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. We keep client project files and payment records for as long as the project and any care plan last, and afterwards for as long as tax and business rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 15 days.

8. Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

If we change how we handle information (for example, if we add a contact form or analytics), we will update this page and the date at the top.
